Getting to Pier 42
Getting to Pier 42 is easy. Book your own taxi on arrival to Phuket. If you are arriving at Phuket airport, exit the right doors in the terminal. As you exit to outside you will see a taxi counter on your left. They will charge 650 baht to Pier 42 and they are good cars and safe. Then simply tell the driver that Pier 42 is very close to Chalong Pier or "Tha Chalong" in Thai. As you approach the Pier you will see Pier 42 on the right side a few hundred metres before.

WHY CHALONG ?
Pier 42 ideally located for travellers who want to spend a night or two in Chalong before heading out to go diving, sailing or taking part in one of the many other water sport activities around Chalong Bay. There are also many boats departing from the pier to nearby islands including Coral Island, Phi Phi Island, and Koh Racha.
Chalong Bay is packed with local businesses speciaizing in scuba diving, snorkelling, yachting, sailing, jet skiing and fishing.
